11 Reasons why eating apples and apple pie is good for you :)… you know – an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Here we go:

  1. An apple consist only 100 calories at most and no fat or sodium.
  2. Apples’ pectin can lower the bad cholesterol and may rise up the amount of the good one.
  3. The flavonoids and other phytochemicals in apples help protect against lung and colon cancer.
  4. Apples are up with boron. This is a mineral that keep the bones not to lose the calcium in them and it is a real preventive for a heart attack.
  5. We can find a lot of tannins in the apples. They keep our teeth healthy.
  6. To prevent a stroke it is good to eat apple with skin on.
  7. Eating apple pie (apples in general) can slow down the aging process.
  8. The quercetin (a flavonoid) may fight cancer better than vitamin C does.
  9. Apples are a good source of folic acid, a B vitamin that helps prevent serious birth defects as well as heart disease.
  10. Vitamin A is recommended for pregnant women who want to give birth to a healthy child.
  11. Eating apple pie is going to bring you and another advance. Your skin is going to shine and it is going to be cleaner than ever. Your nails are going to stop breaking and your hands are going to have the pretest view never after. Who wants to be ugly – so eat apple pie and do not bother for the rest of.

Actually apples can be eaten not only fresh or as a filling in an apple pie. You can try apple sauce, baked apples, apple cider, apple crisp, drink apple juice or try the famous apple butter. All of these dishes are going to help you stay in the best shape of the body and mind. Sooo… it is good to know that something like apple pie exists, isn’t it?
